UAACI employees shall, at all times:
- Observe and conform to the provisions, rules and regulations of the Insurance Code of the Philippines;
- Conduct ourselves with professionalism so as to command respect and confidence;
- Approach investigations and adjustments with an unprejudiced and open mind, making truthful and unbiased reports of facts as we find them, with no
- Conduct ourselves in a spirit of accuracy and fairness in the valuation of claims;

- Neither solicit nor accept benefits that would influence the adjustment of the claim in any way, shape, or form, and strictly comply with the Gift Policy of UAACI;

- Avoid any interest in salvaged property or participate in any way, directly or indirectly, in the reconstruction, repair, or restoration of
damaged property.
